Reservation Policies

1- Reservations: All reservations must be made by fax (506-24-79-14-15 or email reservations@hotelmountainparadise.com) Once the reservation has been confirmed by the hotel, it is the responsibility of the agency to make full payment before the deadline in order to void cancellation.

2- Additional Person: Any guest over 10 years old is considered an additional person. There is a cost of $20.00 net + tax per person. Maximum capacity in a Junior Suite is 4 guests, Suites 4 guest. No exceptions.

3- Children: There is no charge for children from 0 to 9 years old sharing the room with two adults.

4- Payments: Peak Season: Easter Week and Dec 20, 2012 – Jan 06 2013. All reservation must be paid in full 60 days prior to the arrival date. High Season: Jan 07, 2012 - April 30,2012, July 01 - August 31,2012, Nov 15, 2012 - Dic 19, 2012 All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. Green Season: May 01 to June 30, 2012 and Sept 01 to Nov 14, 2012. All the reservations must be paid in full 15 days prior to the arrival date. All payments must be made by company check or direct deposit into our account. c. Cancellations: a. Peak Season: Easter Week and Dec 20, 2012 – Jan 06, 2013. 60 to 30 days prior to arrival date 50% refund 29 days or less prior to arrival date No refunds b. Changes: In order to avoid penalties, charges must be made before the applicable cancellation period. e. No Shows: Will be charged entire. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. f. Groups: All reservation of 5 rooms or more are considered a group reservation Drivers and Guides: 5 rooms: $25.00+tax service charge 6 to 10 rooms: Complementary room and breakfast Payment Policy: A 25% deposit of the total amount of the reservations must be made with 7 days of receiving confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable. If the deposit is not received, the group will automatically be released. The remaining 75% is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation Policy: High Season: No refunds apply for cancellations received 45 days or less from the arrival dates. Low Season: No refunds apply for cancellations received 30 days or less prior to the arrival dates. Rooming list: A complete rooming list must be received by the hotel 15 days prior to the arrival date.
